Cody Nicholas Reed Sensenig

Mr. Cody Nicholas Reed Sensenig, 20, of Tuscarora, died suddenly Wednesday evening, October 16, 2024, in Frederick County.

Born April 29, 2004, at Washington County Hospital, Hagerstown, he was a son of the Kelly Nicholas Sensenig, and the late Cindy Sue Reed Sensenig, who preceded him in death in May, 2024.

Cody graduated from Tuscarora High School in May, 2022.

He was currently working as a plumbing assistant with his father at K & B Plumbing and Heating, Gaithersburg.

Cody had aspirations of pursuing a career in the automotive field. He enjoyed working out at the gym, playing basketball, and motorcycles. His love for motorcycles grew from his enjoyment of riding bicycles as a smaller boy.

Besides his dad, he is survived by his older brother, Joshua Tyler Reed Sensenig and wife Emily Fletcher; his nephew, Cory & Tucker; paternal grandmother, Valiree Lynn Stine of Paramount; paternal grandfather, Darren Sensenig of Cumberland; maternal grandmother, Peggy Ann Lowe Reed of Thurmont; maternal great grandparents, Herman and Bessie Reed of Hagerstown; aunts and uncles Deena Lynn Lowe of Hagerstown, Malcolm Wayne Reed, Jr. and wife Amy Elizabeth of Great Cacapon, West Virginia, and Andrew Reese of wife Kirsten of Pennsylvania; as well as many cousins.

The family will receive friends at Andrew K. Coffman Funeral Home, 40 East Antietam Street, Hagerstown, on Thursday, October 24, 2024 beginning at 10:00 AM. A funeral service will begin at the funeral home on Thursday, at 11:30 AM with Rev. Shawn M. Bushman officiating. Interment will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery, Hagerstown.
