Mr. Rickard Alton “Rick” Segler, 74, of Tampa, Florida, died Late Sunday afternoon, August 20, at Sterling Care South Mountain, Boonsboro.
Born January 3, 1949, in Tampa, he was a son of the late Alton and Doris Rutkin Segler.
As a young boy, Rick with his family resided in Albany, Georgia. Later he returned to Tampa, and in 1977 founded and operated Crown Coffee Service, Tampa, for many years.
Rick is survived by daughters Jackie Segler of Washington, District of Columbia, and Kennedy Marshall and husband Laf of Lutz, Florida; his grandchildren, Xavier, Arielle and Malachi; as well as his brother Michael Segler; and former spouse Ida Segler and her husband and friend of Rick’s Edward Keltner.
The Andrew K. Coffman Funeral Home, Hagerstown, is assisting the family with arrangements. Inurnment will be private and at the convenience of the family.
